SOS Arusha became into operation with a total number
of ten families each with ten children. Later on in 2012, there was the
extension of the village with five houses (homes) in which ten kids are accommodated
in each house with a mother as it has been customarily done in relation with
SOS Children’s Villages laws and principles.
